CAPITALIZE ON CHANGES IN TAIWAN

San Francisco, CA (April 24, 2008) – Walden International (WI), a leading global venture capital firm, announced today the expanded role of Brian Chiang, Managing Director, to include the management of its Taiwan office in Greater China. Mr. Chiang will also continue to maintain an office in Shanghai, China, where he has been located the past five years and made several investments including Fujian Haiyuan Automatic Equipment Co., Ltd, iMax Technology Company Limited, Rock Mobile (Cayman) Corporation and Towona Mobile TV Media Group (China) Co., Ltd.

Eager to warm cross-strait relations, newly elected Taiwan President Ma Ying-jeou did not hesitate in taking initial steps to reach out to China. In the highest-level contact meeting, Vice President-elect Vincent C. Siew met with Chinese President Hu Jintao earlier this month. Historically the powerhouse of the IT industry, Taiwan is now looking forward to closer business relationships with China and an increase in investment opportunities. Lip-Bu Tan, Chairman of WI, commented, “Our firm has patiently waited for this renewed investment climate and we are poised to immediately capitalize on the cross-border opportunities between Taiwan and China.”

Mr. Chiang is uniquely qualified to lead the WI Taiwan team in cross-border activity between China and Taiwan.
